We all known that from the past men's are keeping birds and animals and indian parrots are one of them, in india people are keeping indian ringneck parrots/ parakeet in small cramp cages, According to Indian Wild life Protection Act 1972, keeping indian parrots in cage at india is illegal and its trade is also hidden, according to law parrot is protected bird by law and so no one can be kept it as a pet in india.

But people are keeping them illegally, only reason behind it to give this business for poachers. they are taking them from wild like forests in moon soon season, trees, their nest, small chicks etc. they have good talking ability to speak mimic words, and this is the reason people are more buy them. but by our little efforts we are seeing them roaring freely near our houses and backyard, by giving them good housing, bird feeders, facilities, grow more tree near home, school, college, and govt spaces, so they live and seen by us, we also give them food like vegetables, fruits, and dry grains, soaked grains to attract them to eat.

They are in wild also our good friends. if you can give daily food of their choice on your terrace or backyards or event in a balcony they comes daily for eating food and you can enjoy to see them while they are eating foods, without keeping them in cages. here below is the information image picture of indian breed parrot so you can easily find their breeds in india.

Eucalyptus, Full grown trees having nuts and fruits. they loves to eat fruits like guava, chickoo, mango, apple, banana, grapes and vegetables like coriander leaves, cabbage, cauliflower, tulsi, mint, fenugreek leaf, wheat leaves (Javara), millet leaves, mirch/ chili, pepper he loves to eat, in seeds it can eats bajri (indian millets), sprouted mung (fangavela mug), soaked wheat( Paladela Ghau - One Night), Rice (Soaked cooked ) etc.
